Ingredients:
1 lb brussel sprouts – halved
3 cloves garlic – thinly sliced or chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese – freshly grated
Salt and pepper – to taste
3 Tbsps Olive oil – can use coconut oil for Keto
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400
Make sure brussel sprouts are dry and spread in large pan
Add the garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, followed by olive oil – toss to coat
Roast in the oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes until crisp, brown, and caramelized on the outside and tender on the inside.
Serve with more grated Parmesan cheese
