12 strawberries – diced
2 kiwi – diced
1 apple – peeled and diced
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp fruit preserves (any flavor – I used strawberry)
Place all diced fruit in a large bowl.
Place honey and fruit preserves in a small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds to combine.
Add honey and preserve mixture to diced fruit, mix until all fruit is coated.
Refrigerate mixture for at least 20 minutes
Serve with graham crackers, cinnamon-sugar pita chips, or animal crackers
