Head of cabbage – sliced 1 inch thick

1/4 cup olive oil

salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400

Place slices of cabbage on a cookie sheet

Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper

Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and starting to crisp

Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese!
