Oven Roasted Red Skin Potatoes


2 lbs red skin potatoes, wash and cut in half

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp salt


Preheat oven to 400

Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper

Mix potatoes and all ingredients in a bowl

Lay potatoes on prepared baking sheet

Bake for 30-35 minutes
