Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite size florets

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tsp garlic

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425

Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and spread on pan

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes – until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned

Serve warm!
