Skillet:
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fajita mix and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and meat is fully cooked.
Grill:
Place fajita mix in a grill basket or foil packet. Grill over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring or turning occasionally.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve hot with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
